Pole Dance 101 (Session #2)

Course Description: Unleash your inner polerbear with our 8-week Pole Dance Foundations course, the perfect introduction or review to the art of pole. Designed for absolute beginners, or those who want to strengthen foundational skills, this program takes you from your very first steps around the pole to confidently flowing through spins, poses, and even mini choreographies.

Each week unlocks new skills: spins that make you feel like you are flying, transitions that build fluidity, shapes that expand your flexibility, and conditioning that strengthens your body in ways you’ll feel immediately. You’ll not only learn the fundamentals, from fun spins to body waves, fan kicks, and floorwork, but also how to combine them into sequences that slay.

Beyond technique, you’ll gain something even more powerful: boosted confidence. Students often walk away standing taller, feeling stronger, and moving with a grace they didn’t know they had. Since the course builds step by step, you’ll never feel lost, only excited for what you’ll unlock next.
