A tasting of four whiskies from different countries will help you understand how this prestigious spirit is evolving.
About the Instructor: Consultant and instructor for the wine and hotel-restaurant industry, Nick Hamilton has been active in the alcoholic beverage industry since 1980. Author of the “Guide to Quebec Beer” book, collaborator for Vins & Vignobles magazine, wine columnist for Vinivino website, sommelier for Alsace au menu events and tastings, accredited Bordeaux educator, teacher, consultant and guest speaker; his diversified expertise has enabled him to position himself among the highly respected wine professionals of Quebec and Canada.
