Course Description: This workshop is a presentation of a simple and easy to apply pairing technique that will help you create better wine and food matches. Also covered are mistakes to avoid, classic pairings and a few tricks for increased compatibility. A tasting of 3 wines with food pairings will be served.
About the Instructor: Consultant and instructor for the wine and hotel restaurant industry, Nick Hamilton has been active in the alcoholic beverage industry since 1980. Author of the “Guide to Quebec Beer” book, collaborator for Vins & Vignobles magazine, wine columnist for Vinivino website, sommelier for Alsace au menu events and tastings, accredited Bordeaux educator, teacher, consultant and guest speaker; his diversified expertise has enabled him to position himself among the highly respected wine professionals of Quebec and Canada.
