The SSMU Building closure, effective March 2018, will affect MiniCourses. MiniCourses will likely not be offered throughout the duration of the renovation period.
MiniCourses are entirely run by student staff at the SSMU.
Although we try to address all inquiries within two business days, please note that it may take up to five business days to receive a response to an email. If you have an urgent issue or simply need to register by cash or debit, please visit the SSMU office at 3600 McTavish, Suite 1200.

MiniCourses has a strict NO REFUND policy. We will not issue refunds to students with schedule conflicts, missed classes, or any other reasons that we are not directly responsible for.
The sole circumstance under which we will issue a refund is if we have to cancel a class in its entirety. MiniCourses reserves the right to cancel up to 1/8 of a course’s sessions without any reimbursement to students.
If you have accidentally registered for a MiniCourse multiple times, or if you have registered for the wrong course and courses have not yet started, please email us or visit our office hours. We may be able to transfer you into another class, or, in select circumstances, offer you a complete reimbursement.
Refunds may take up to one business week to process.
